3BSE004939R1003 SDCS-PIN-46 core adapter is compatible with ABB ACS800, ACS880, and other SDCS series frequency converters, and can match high-voltage power devices such as IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors) and thyristors within the frequency converter. It is installed using the internal printed circuit board slot of the frequency converter and secured via pin connections, achieving an IP20 protection rating after installation.
This product is primarily used in industrial applications related to ABB SDCS series frequency converters, such as industrial motor drive systems, where it handles pulse signal transmission between the motor driver, the control board within the industrial inverter, and the power module. It is also suitable for auxiliary converters in the railway and shipbuilding industries, as well as power conversion systems in new energy equipment, ensuring stable signal transmission in the power conversion stages of these devices and thus maintaining normal equipment operation.
